Southwest Virginia Community Health Systems, Inc. (SVCHS)

SVCHS has seven clinics located in rural, mountainous, Southwest Virginia, including a clinic on the top of Whitetop Mountain, the second highest mountain in Virginia. The patients at all seven clinics can receive the services in 22 different specialties via a telemedicine connection with the University of Virginia Medical Center in Central Virginia (Charlottesville). UVa is approximately a 4 hour, 231miles drive (one way) from SVCHS. Click here to access SVCHS Web site.
